French Speaking Credit Controller

Aaron Wallis Finance is currently recruiting a French Speaking Credit Controller for an established client based in Milton Keynes.

In the role of French Speaking Credit Controller you will be responsible for:

*collecting outstanding debts via telephone, email and letter as appropriate
*investigating and resolving queries raised against sales ledger transactions
*managing the receipt of payments including cheques and preparation of bankings
*allocation of payment receipts to ledger and investigating and resolving discrepancies
*processing and control of legal claims against customers
*liaising with clients regarding instalment payment plans when necessary and timely receipt of returns
*establish and monitor credit limits
*ensure accounts are "stopped" where appropriate
*contribute to production of analysis and presentational data
*processing and sending company searches for traces as required
*dealing with telephone calls/queries
*ensuring debtor ledger is accurate and up to date
*raising and accounting for invoices & credit notes as required
*identifying and processing all write off's
*filing of sales invoices and other paperwork as required
*ad hoc duties as they arise, and providing holiday/sickness cover to others within the Finance Department
*any other duties which can be reasonable expected of the position

The successful candidate will need to have previous Credit Control experience working within a French speaking environment. Strong communication along with good IT skills is essential within this position.
