Finance Manager - Construction - Northamptonshire - up to 50k plus benefits
Aaron Wallis is pleased to recruit a Finance Manager for a rapidly growing business who specialise in a variety of building products. Due to successful diversification in their product range coupled with continued revenue growth they client is now seeking a person to play a crucial role in finance and operations management. In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing the finance & operations areas of the business enabling finance to fully engage with operations to drive the business forward and harness the financial & operational planning. You will create insightful management information information & control systems on the business and give hands on participation in monthly meetings with the senior structure within the organisation. Reporting to the UK General Manager your daily duties will include management accounting, statutory reporting, FP&A, compliance, intercompany pricing and organisational plan centred around logistics.
You will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have exposure to working within an international environment whilst demonstrating experience in business performance analysis and development of management insights. Implementing new processes and controls with exposure to outsourced services would be advantageous as would cash flow & working capital management.
